About Me

I'm currently an intern under Rex Dula Jr. at Momentum Mental Health in West Ashley and a student pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University (supervised under Dr. Isabel Farrell). Accompanying me, you'll find Charlie, a certified therapy dog affiliated with Alliance of Therapy Dogs. I believe in the power therapy can do for others, and I want to walk with you on your journey to become the best version of yourself. I believe that if we can process hardships together and improve our self-worth, we will feel more in control of our lives.

Coming from a person-centered focus, my areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, men's health, LGBTQ+, pornography usage, college students, and life transitions and grief. I have experience using ACT, CBT, and Narrative Therapy, and I use an eclectic approach so I can intentionally provide the most appropriate treatment one needs.

If you're interested in working with me, feel free to message me here. I'll then contact you to learn more about you and see if we're a match! I find it an honor to hold space for other people, and I would love to see how I can support you right now in your life.
